Jeff Wang

Jeff has over 10 years of investment experience in managing all forms of value-oriented equity investments in high-tech industries. Prior to joining WK in 2006, Jeff worked with China Development Industrial Bank (CDIB) and China Venture Management, the venture capital investment firm established by CDIB, where he was responsible for executing investment and developing trading strategies based on fundamental, value framework and technical analyses to maximize the portfolio performance. Jeff also conducted extensive financial analysis, evaluated industry and company dynamics and initiated screening models to identify potential investment opportunities. Additionally, Jeff held board positions on portfolio companies, participating actively in implementing corporate governance rules and defining strategies. Jeff holds an M.S. in Finance from National Sun Yat-sen University in Taiwan and a B.S. in Finance Management from National Taiwan University.
