Keh-Shew is President and CEO of Diodes (Nasdaq: DIOD) a manufacturer and supplier of discrete semiconductor components and an advisor to WK Technology Fund. Keh-Shew is a semiconductor industry veteran with a distinguished 27-year career at Texas Instruments where he most recently was Senior Vice President of TI’s worldwide Analog, Logic and Mixed-Signal business group. Keh-Shew also served at Asia President for TI from 1994-1997 reinforcing his long-standing business relationships in the region.

In addition to Diodes, Keh-Shew serves on the boards of two publicly held companies in Taiwan: Lite-On Technology and Winbond Electronics and on the boards of WK Technology Fund portfolio companies LedEngin, Lorentz Solutions, and Piconetics. Keh-Shew was previously chairman at Triscend (acquired by Xilinx), director at Resonext (acquired by RFMD) and Zeevo (acquired by Broadcom). He holds a B.S. in Engineering from the National Cheng Kung University in Taiwan and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Texas Tech University.
